I like the concept, I love the food, I appreciate David Chang brings white people's attention to minorities communities' food and culture, introducing them more than just themselves, despite of sometimes he doesn't make sense. ALL FOOD ARE BEAUTIFUL!
With all the talk of moms and grandmas, it'd be five star perfect if they addressed the domestic/professional gender dynamics in cooking too, along with everything else covered (race, immigration, class, culture, "authenticity")
